Within Australia: All Australian parcels are sent via Australia Post’s regular mail service. If you would like your parcel to be sent express or tracked and signed extra charges will apply. Please allow a week from shipping for delivery notification.
International Shipping: (Standard International) Packages are shipped through DHL (global Mail) and will be shipped from Sydney, Australia to GERMANY before they are dispatched to their locations. tracking is available through your local postal service company on items shipped through DHL. signature is required upon delivery and your order will be held at your local post office if delivery is missed.

International Customers: All prices orders are processed in (Australian Dollars). Teale Coco does not convert the total price of orders into other currencies. We only provide you with a guideline for conversion rate in your currency. We will bill your credit or debit card or PayPal account in AUD DOLLARS and the card company or PayPal will convert the charges for you. If you have any questions about currency conversion please contact your bank or financial institution. Prices charged for overseas customers will be subject to change based on exchange rates by the customers credit or debit card company.
AFTERPAY- Unfortunately, after-pay if only available for Australian customers, due to taxation reasons.
Customs: Customers outside of Australia may also be liable for any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import duties and surcharges levied by destination countries. Teale Coco cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs Offices. Please check with Customs in your country to determine any additional charges (if any) prior to purchase. These taxes are addition fee liable to be paid by the customer. Teale Coco is not responsible for these taxes. Please understand that this is a legal requirement out of our control. If you refuse to pay the customs of your country it will be returned to us at our expense and we will be forced to charge you the return fees from the refund of the original purchase price minus shipping cost.
Due to the intimate areas some accessories and lingerie are worn on the body Teale Coco cannot accept the return of such items due to health and hygiene regulations.
SOMETHING WRONG? If you find something wrong with your purchase please email Teale Coco with attached images of your concern and if found to be faulty items may be returned to us and we will repair the garment free of charge. We will also cover return shipping. If you have chosen the wrong size garment we will exchange your garment for the right size, all you have to do is email us and return the item. if we have accidently sent you the wrong items ~ We apologize! Sometimes we make mistakes (we are only human!) let us know and we can get you the correct items or work out something else!
Order Cancellation/Refunds Teale Coco does not offer refunds or cancellations due to a change of mind. All purchases are final. Discount codes can not be applied after order has been processed.
Faulty Items If it is suspected that you may have received a faulty item OR there seems to be damage done to your purchase then we can offer an exchange of the same garment, all we ask is that you ship the item back (at OUR expense, we will transfer you the necessary funds to do so). Order Cancellation Teale Coco reserves the right to cancel your order at any time, with sufficient reason. Reasons for cancellation of orders may be varied. If any faults in our system allow for the same item to be processed and invoiced for several different purchasers- the item will be sold to the party who’s payment is received first enabling the order to be processed first. Orders may be cancelled for several different reasons. If your order is declined, you will be made aware via email, with the reason stated as to why. Orders may be cancelled in several cases, and full refunds of purchase price and shipping costs will be made. Refunds Teale Coco does not offer refunds or cancellations due to a change of mind. All purchases are final.
Address Error Teale Coco cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your Order. If you have made an error on your address please email Teale Coco within 24 hours of placing order to have address changed.
